Preventing or Delaying Type 2 Diabetes

Type 2 diabetes affects people at any age, even during childhood. However, this type of diabetes develops most often in middle-aged and older people, and those who are overweight and inactive. This series will address some of the big questions about Type 2 diabetes: Who gets it? Can it be prevented or delayed? Can it be helped with lifestyle modifications?
